Adding a Billing Sub User will allow them to do specific actions they can't through the Game Panel, such as, creating a support ticket.
1) Log into the billing panel
2) Click on the far right Nav Bar option ‘Hello (Name Here)’
3) From the drop-down menu, click Contacts/Sub-Accounts
4) It will then take you to the following form
5) Fill out the Sub Contacts details & select relevant tick box options
