To add a custom Jar File, you simply follow these steps:
1. Log into your servers' panel.
2. Go into the service and click "File Manager"
3. Upload your .jar file into the main directory by clicking the upload button in the main bar.
4. Go into the commandline manager, custom commandlines and click the checkbox where a .jar file is shown. Also ensure to change a .jar file. 
Also remember to have the tick under select and when it is created (by clicking save), you should be able to click "Select" under the same tab if it is not automatically selected.
Restart your server if it doesn't automatically and you should be running your custom jar file now!
